Notifuro has no fine lines to our policies, we hope to make the details below as easy as possible.

Pre-orders:
When purchasing a pre-order, the item(s) will ship when they become instock. Usually on the product detail page, there will be an estimated date of arrival.

Handling:
Once an order is placed and the items are instock, the handling period is 1-3 business days.

Shipping:
Shipping rates are based on the weight of your package. All items are mailed out by USPS.
-We currently only over ground shipping within the US. (3-5 business days)
-We offer basic post office international shipping.

Return Policy: (20 days)
Please make sure if you live in a smoking home/environment, that the items are not returned smelling like cigarettes.

Exchanges or refunds are given on strictly un-used, un-worn, un-damaged merchandise that arrives back to us in the condition that it was when we sent it to you. All returns must include all original packaging including tags. If you are not satisfied with your order once you’ve received it, you can send it back to our warehouse for a refund or exchange. Orders sent back for a refund or exchange must be received by our returns department within 20 days of the original delivery. No order returned after 20 days will be excepted for a refund. Orders that come back after 20 days with out proper approval will be held until the customer decides on what the next steps are.

Refunds:
No exchange or refund can be made after 20 days of the delivery date.

Refused Packages:
An order that is refused and sent back is prone to a 30% restocking fee.
